If it’s a yes, it’s time to apologise and put it right. If it’s a no, stop acting as if you have!

The answer is always yes. It might not be the same task, the same person, the same situation but every day is a NEW day and we can all change our attitude and make different choices if we want to.
After you’ve asked yourself the important questions, reassess the situation and go from there. And the chance are, that you can let the negative thoughts rest.
